Qualification Requirements

  • Income: Minimum 2.5x monthly rent (before taxes)

  • No recent evictions or violent criminal history: case-by-case review may be possible with strong income/rental history.

  • Payment History matters more than credit score, but excessive collections may be disqualifying

  • Renter's insurance & full move-in funds are required before keys are released​​
